In brief, Mufti Zubair Butt’s fatwa states that deceased organ donation as practiced in the NHS is NOT permissible because both types of declaration of death (brainstem death (DBD) and circulatory death (DCD)) for the purposes of organ donation does NOT constitute Islamic (Shari) death.

Firstly this interview is far too long. Secondly really irrelevant as organ was donated to a relative (not a random person who may be a drunk, drug addict or criminal) and secondly it was donated knowingly not whipped out while being close to death.

Firstly, if you're not interested don't watch it. Simple as that. Secondly, it is not on you to pass judgement. Regardless, NHS has robust measures in system to decide who should get the organs. Thirdly, organ are not whipped out close to death. Organs are ALWAYS harvested after death. NHS defines death as brain stem death or circulatory death. Both forms are death are accepted by most Islamic Scholars. Please read the 2019 fatwa regarding this by Mufti Mohammed Zubair Butt
