Jimin had a Lot of strugles before with how he felt about his looks, his extreme diets and workouts, he had this ‘manly’ image that gave him a Lot of pressure, i think thats why he was so sensitive and could lash out on the other boys, i think thats what Tae refered when he said he felt he couldn’t get to him, but now can see he embraced his cute soft side ands feels more comfortable with himself, in fact the song promise, is a promise to himself about loving himself more.

When Jungkook says he was 15, he means 15 in Korean years which is actually our age 13. Koreans count age different. They're 1 when they're born and everyone ages up on January 1st. So JK came to BTS when he was 13 and debuted at 15. Hermione was in reference to Harry Potter---RM is a big fan and he's very much a Hermione. haha. When you guys watch the earlier stuff, I think you'll see what Tae meant about Jimin. He was defensive in a lot of ways, I think. He was small and often ranked last or second-to-last (alongside Hope) in looks and people called him feminine while he was being pressure to be this macho hip-hop guy and I think he just really felt like he had to fit into this box that wasn't him at all. So it was tough on him. I relate to Jimin so much (maybe because we're both Libras) but I feel like his emotions are intense and fleeting in whatever form and it was the same with his anger. They said often that he was the one they were most afraid of when he was angry and there are a few clips that show him going from 0-100 real fast. Like Tae said, I think he gets to be more true to himself now and he's got less bottled up. Just my take on him. Also, I know the Persona stuff sounds a little sad--I think so too--but Suga was really right to say that it's something we all do--they just do it on a larger scale. For fans to digest a celeb, it helps to see them as a singular thing. For J-Hope it was as hopeful, for Tae he was branded as 4D (from the 4th dimension cause he was weird), Jungkook was Golden, Suga was savage, Jin was originally the beautiful, cool, silent type...etc. They are those things--there's just more to them. And they show us that side too in stuff like this. I never feel like what I'm seeing of them isn't true to who they really are. We've seen every detail of their lives for 6 years now (more, really)--no one can keep up an act that well for that long. :) (This might be my longest comment ever but I enjoyed watching this with you!)

to answer your question about if they have conversations like this all the time, yes!!! bangtan always mention how they’ve had talks, that they talk for hours at a time well into the morning, or how they talk in smaller groups but also as all 7. I think it’s clear from watching them that their communication is what makes them such a well functioning family, because no matter how different they are, all 7 of them can say how they feel when they feel it

Another thing- frequently, the word "yepo" in Korean is translated as "pretty" in English, like when Jimin says "I was called pretty growing up" or Tae says "my pretty life" for the five syllable description. In truth, "yepo" translates more as "lovely"/"charming" too. It can be used to describe just looks/physical experience, but also describe charming/sweet actions. So Jimin was saying that people praised him for being a lovely and charming kid, and Tae was saying he has a lovely/happy life.

You've noticed that Jimin was so quiet, Unlike V which happend to be his bestfriend Jimin is more reserved..Even on his background he won't used to brag his many achievements wayback. He barely tell stories about his childhood. Most people only knew that Kookie was the only one good in sports but definitely Jimin is also good in so many things, he have trained in martial arts and has a blackbelt in taekwondo, he's good in playing basketball and a very fast runner. He even competed on ISAC and got a silver award on high jump. He even learned kemdo/geomdo (way of sword) for 7 to 8 years. He had various training on different types of dance genre such as popping/ locking, hiphop, street dancing, freestyle, traditional korean dance, ballet and contemporary on which he excelled and became a top student. He's the only student who have given the opportunity for a scholarship training in China. It just shows that Jimin is naturally skilled and has the ability to excel in everything he do. But despite that fact Jimin was still very insecure wayback because he used to portray his manly image and he struggled a lot to maintain or to achieved that perfect body and appearance. He tend to be hard on himself and he even went in an extreme diet which made the other members became worried because Jimin literally starving himself considering that they're doing intense hours of practice which might cause him to faint. He had a high level of insecurity with his singing voice as he thought he can do better than that, the very reason why he keeps on practicing for several hours that the other member needs to intervene that he shouldn't feel that way because he has a great voice and even suga admits that he prefers Jimin's voice because it sounds very beautiful. Just so glad that he's more confident now, and he managed to just be himself. Maybe he realized that people love his voice so much and just recently he confidently said that everytime he was chosen to start the verse in their new songs it will definitely become a hit, which is 100% true, he's now totally aware of his significancy to their group😊

Very therapeutic for oneself to see how they’re holding up and hearing their individual honesty about how they live, feels great for armys who care so deeply. It’s beautiful to see how they coexist together and how much they care for every single member whiteout leaving anyone behind. As an army this is one of my favorite times of the year; when they release their dinner party. Their dinner party last year was a lot more heavier( and contained a lot more alcohol) than this years which we can now understand why since their heartbreaking speech at MAMA 2018 after winning ‘artist of the year’. That dinner party left a lot of armys worried but we thought it had everything to do with them just being in the midst of producing an album and not actually considering disbanding. I’m not sure if you’ve watched that one but I really suggest for you to do so.

This kind of dinner party is always my fav type of BTS video, because ARMY gets to see what others don't really understand. BTS is so genuine. They really are who they say they are. It is not an act. Yes--we know that they have concepts and designated roles in the group. But at the end of the day, they are people and in little ways, they reveal little bits of the hopes, fears, loves, etc. that make them just like us. And we know that they are so relatable and mean what they say. And we are encouraged to do the same thing. This is why ARMY love BTS (and other ARMY) like family. When you start to put yourself out there--and trust yourself & others--the companionship you receive feels really comforting.

in my personal opinion thats what makes them unique from other group....their love for each other and for armys is sincere...u can feel it just by watching them...there was a video of armys going home after the concert at rosebowl and one of the girls happened to talk to one of the crew. she told the other girls that the crew told her that they stan a really genuine people...so the other girls started crying becoz they were overwhelmed. its so amazing to know that they are really genuine...i think you should react to their videos BON VOYAGE seasons1-3. you can see how sincere, real and funny they are! they also fight there. this is usually true, but in this talk they were taking about when they debuted, which was in 2013 june and in 2013 june jungkook was actually a 15 year old going towards 16 in international age, since he was born in 1997 september. but yeah he was just 13 in international age when he first got signed to be in bts. so in that sense he was with them since he was 13.

Actually taehyung was really talk active back then, as silly as jin and as deep as rm but time passed, people grow up, personality can change, he's more mature and calm now, more listening than talking. Same goes with jungkook he used to be REALLY quiet and only talk when they asked him too, but remember when jungkook said he learns alot from his brothers (bts)??? He really did! He has courage to talk often now to express his feeling, i guess the wise sentences coming from his mouth is the result of namjoon's impact as we know he adores him and he learned from that (and from the other members as well). You guys should react to the last year’s festa video! It was their dinner party and they get some booze so they get a lil crazy while having deep conversations. Also being an army for 3 years, this video has been different by some things. BTS are incredibly and way more happier now so it seems they take on life lighter, their talks stay deep but seeing them connect and be happy warms my heart. A few years ago, they were a normal group of friends, sometimes clowning on each other and sometimes going too far but that’s how friend groups are. You see now that they’re incredibly more considerate and mindful of each other and understand each other better, this may have to do with maturity or simply them getting closer. You really see their growth through these festas and I could resonate with their words so much because I’ve seen the changes they’re talking about with my own eyes and thought the same exact things. It’s soooo evident that they’re completely genuine that even me as an army can make the same conclusions about a member as another member.
