Great vid they have a warning noting a problem with the hhkb pro2 pcb. You seemed to have that pcb in there without a problems?

im using a cipulot pcb instead of the og pro2 pcb, but yeah i've experienced no issue so far

Hey! Are these EnjoyPBT blank caps? I'm trying to buy those, but its sold out everywhere.. would you recommend RankedPBT ones?

Hi, these caps are actually OEM black on black keycaps from HHKB. To answer your question, I've only had experience with ePBT caps which have a thickness of 1.5mm and are pretty muted imo. I read that Ranked caps are slightly thinner at 1.45mm, they should be louder/less "dead sounding" compared to other thick pbt sets. But yeah get whatever is available.

I don't think the pcb would fit into the case because of the BT battery or whatever it is in the HHKB hybrid

i really liked the sounds!! if i have my hhkb pro 2, and i want to built it the same way as ur taobauer, what parts should i consider buying? and how much the total build cost? im in SEA (indo)

you would need realforce housings, a plato plate (custom cut or buy it off someone who has one), cipulot pcb/db or a ydkb controller if you want re-programmability, as for the case you'd have to buy it off XY for about ~1500 yuan not including fees from whatever platform you use to buy off xianyu. my total cost for my build was about approximately $320 USD.
