I wonder what the maximum speed with the shown configurration would be

I have a lomac 300 lx with a 15 hp yamaha and I get 39 km/h with one person and 36 with two persons. Three persons won't plane. This one will do 2 km/h more with a 20 so around 41 with two persons and 38 with two. My cruising speed is 27/28 km/h in two.
