Hi, they actually don't flash, at least not visible to the human eye, but due to camera settings it becomes visible. Have a nice day :).

@@CarReviewsEU Thanks for the respond :) i asked because im Germany you cant register the 109dB version since mid of 2018 and your Video isnt that old, so i thought it would maybe be the new 91db version. I cant find a real comparison between the 109db vs 91db :/

@@Battleegg Late answer, but the 91db version is still awesome. It pops and bangs the exact same as the 109db one, just the base tone is a bit quieter
