My previous was a MKZ that was over $45k sticker. I got my 2019 SXLimited for almost $10k below sticker of nearly $37k. The Kia is a great value compared to all of my previous more prestige cars (BMW,Audi,MB,Lincoln) and an Avalon LTD. All were excellent cars but comparatively expensive when considered relative to the Kia.

So did I, a little lower because of military bonus money, the S was lower than the LX because Kia gave a $3,000 bonus on the S and only $2,000 on the LX and the S had a way better package than the LX! It’s my son’s second Kia (someone hit his Soul) and as a family we love them!

@@A-z531 quality it obliterates the Camry... Have you tried closing the door on the newer 18+ Camry's? The door sounds super cheap. Toyota does have better fuel consumption though like you said. That's something Hyundai and Kia need to work on. But it's not too far off Toyota.

I have owned all generations of Camry from generation 5(2002-2006) to generation 7(2012-2017). All of them had their strengths and weaknesses... Just like this current Camry.

I’m guessing for EPA reasons.. if I’m wrong sorry. I don’t think they care about winning a horsepower war. Nissan Altima also has a new engine delivering less horsepower.

@@nicktune1219 well my 2014 turbo gets great gas mileage. But just like anything with a turbo, if you have a heavy foot the mileage is gonna be bad. I'm sure that's the case for the new models as well

I test drove this car back in 19 . Beautiful car in my opinion, but that pano sun roof though nice really cut into my headroom . To the point of me buying a 19 Kia Niro hybrid Touring with tons of headroom . Way less power but adequate, way better mpg , similar interior and great headroom with a small boring Plain Jane sunroof .

I have a 2016 Turbo with 58,000 miles. The car has operated perfectly for three years. Nothing has gone wrong. I change the oil every 5000 miles and never have it serviced. This is probably the most car for the money. It has all the bells and whistles of cars costing thousands more. It is fast and comfortable. Let's face it, you don't really need more than 250Hp to get where you need to go unless you are 18 and need to test your manhood. I replaced the tires at 40,000 and they did not need alignment adjustment. I am not totally thrilled with the boy racer style cues on the Stinger, nor do I need a hot six cylinder engine that consumes more gas than necessary. My Turbo 4 runs just fine on regular gas and whenever I fill up I am delighted to be saving hard earned dollars. I plan to get a 2019 in the next few months.

You are absolutely correct. The Kia is perfect for commuting and daily driving. However, for real fun you want a $300,000 supercar you can't drive properly and takes you into the weeds more often than not. I am visualizing a green Lamborghini being towed on its way to the body shop. How about you?

Its better to have one daily and one car just for fun than one expensive car for everything imo. My dream car is SL65 AMG or even I would take any R8 with a manual gearbox.

Whether you are rich or poor, it is good to have money. Money cannot buy happiness but it can buy a lot of cars. In an ideal situation your paycheck is deep into six figures so you can buy all the toys you want. Now you need a place to store them...something like Jay Leno's Garage.@@noid900

I have the same exact car. 37k and just put new tires on . Battery died right at 36k. Car requires an AGM battery which is close to $200. Othe than that no issues. Oil changed on schedule. I did swap out the springs for aftermarket as car did not handle well enough for me. Waiting on next gen redesign to see what's up.
