lu is a true champion. I remember when rahimov beat him back him 2016 with a controversial lift, lu defended rahimov and said that all he saw was the weight over his head, all the controversy is meaningless. he has the attitude of a king, always got that smile on too, very inspiring.

I started weightlifting about 3 years ago after seeing someone at the gym. I am 29... I am too old for anything so its just a hobby, but god how difficult this sport is... Strength, flexibility, balance all in 1... And when i tell people how hard it is they say they can throw 100kg just like that... Respect for this guys in this sport. I can bearly manage 80kg power jerk in a good day. My technic is not great and i cant drop the weight on the floor cause its a fitness gym. I am 73 kg body weight. If u guys or girls do this as a hobby just keep good posture to avoid injuries, is the most important think, as you can get serious injuries from this sport. All the best to all of you and thank you for the video.
