I like this idea, but if it was more real life. You gotta remember the era the 2001 Hurricanes come from. Those are the last years where football was real football. I mean hard hitting, knock you out of the game every chance you get. Today's football isn't close. College or Pro.

Virtual is a joke. I can take the same game and make any winner I want by any score I want. There is no consideration of the speed and sizes of players now vs then. The different play calling now vs then. So many different variables. Miami's secondary would not be able to stop LSU passing game. Clemson had one of the top defenses period and LSU cake walked them. LSU's defense turned out to really dang good during the SEC tourney and the Playoffs. Sorry, LSU's strength of schedule blew away Miami's 2001 strength of schedule. Miami played one team that won more the 8 games and that was Nebraska in the final game. Sorry dude, this was a nice effort but no real thought went into it except you already had a winner before you put this together. Miami had 19 players drafted, LSU had 30 players drafted, 20 were starters. Players today are bigger, faster and smarter.

Miami had like 5 guys who went first round in that entire secondary, just out of the starting 4 you have 3 first rounders, lol.. They would be able to handle them boys.. Its not like they are from the 50s, if you are an LSU fan Tommy Moffit was at Miami as the strength and conditioning coach before going to LSU so its the same training they got, lol..
