7:25 The extra sound in sportsmode comes from the speakers. In the AMG trim you get a sound actuator that makes it sound more growly through the speakers, only cla 200 and above.

@@bosanac191 You can only hear the 'extra' sound on the inside. On the outside there is no sound difference. I think sound actuators for the outside noise are illegal in Germany.

@@bosanac191 Yes I am also very curious. I have read it in the Dutch Mercedes Configurator site. In the AMG Line package it says about the extra sporty sound.

K a I have CLA bought, sound is real, comes from 2 pipes exaust, sport mode and pipes are open, comfort mode are closed, car sound great like 300 hp car, great job Mercedes!

220 is more than enough for daily usage. Even the 200 is enough, but if you don't want an 1.33l engine (co-operated with Renault and Nissan), the 220 is the better choice. The 250 has around 35hp more if you need, but in my opinion it doesn't worth the money.

Look at www.mercedes-benz.com for your conutry ;) It starts around 35.000€ in Germany, but if you want this CLA 220 with some additional features, you can easily configure it to 55.000€ or even 60.000€ with leather and 4wd.

Love the design (inside out) but the dual clutch and fwd based platform don't cut it for me. I don't like what they did with the c class starting w205 and made it more executive and for higher age group. What about the young who want an auto, rwd benz?
