As a Ducati rider, MV Agusta’s make for a tempting mistress. They are truly exclusive and beautiful machines. I wouldn’t even change the stock exhaust because it’s so perfect.

how do you like it?
@lokerosenkrantz74234 жыл бұрын
@@Rain.Hashira Completely honest, the instrument and controls feels a bit cheap and outdated. That being said the engine characteristics are absolutely beastly, the intake howl makes a menacing sound when you ride it and it revs really quick. The Q/S and blipper works really well. And its fast and light. I've driven R6, R1 and it packs a lot more grunt in the bottom and mid range than an R6, but still reminds a bit of it in lightness and revs. Bear ind mind the tank is actually plastic - its light weight but it is still a bit weird to get used to.

I have had a low mileage 2015 model for two years. It is a fantastic sports bike for the road and I think in red and silver, still the best looking bike on the road. Country lanes are challenging for the suspension, but you can probably adjust to suit. On smooth roads I doubt if there is anything better. Th ere is a known issue of problem starting occasionally but if battery kept fully charged with charger that comes with bike it's OK. Getting at battery which is under the tank is not simple..
@aadithyakrishna3054 Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure if your particular model. My MV F3 has the battery leads coming underneath the rear seat. Using an MV adapter from "Optimate" it's pretty much an easy hookup to charge the battery overnight.

I pass a local MV dealer regular and they usually have a mat black and red f3 parked outside which I often pull up to stare at. I don't do sportsbikes but the black f3 is absolutely f€¿#ing stunning! I don't know but would the f3 be geared for a higher top end where the dragster geared for midrange hence feeling more potent at lower speed. Probably find a big difference in top speed figures between the two engines.
@motobob5 жыл бұрын
Possibly! Perhaps it was just a bit of a shock getting on the dragster after the Turismo Veloce which is much more mild-mannered. And the fact that i has the dragster in sport mode right away

Nice one mate, I will have to have a word with them, I'll probably try a 600 Super Sport first as I've not been on a one yet. My ER-6f is the closest thing to one I've ridden, not got the position and top end, but I do surprise the CBR and R6 I ride with lol, they don't get away from me 😊👍

@@motobob That's good to know mate, I do want to get some test rides on my channel, only done one quite a while back now. Keeping with the others is easy on our roads, not straight long enough for them to really go for it. I've ridden fast with a fireblade and S1k, we left the GSXr 750 and CBR 600 behind a bit, maybe they did not push it quite as much as I did lol. I did fit a Scorpion end can and DNA filter and -1 on the front sprocket 😎

@motobob5 жыл бұрын
You definitely can’t really explore the true potential of it on the road. 675 might be an idea, or use it for track days.
@Black_Gold_Saw5 жыл бұрын
675 is said to be the track weapon. 800 better for street. (More torque down low).
@OscarLopez-sx8ij5 жыл бұрын
I have the 2017 model and with 3 rider modes, 8 levels of ABS, and 8 levels of TC I wouldn’t say it’s too much. You’ll only have to rev the hell out of the 675 to get the same power out of the 800 at low rpms I would assume. I will say the 800 BEGS you to go faster in SPORT mode. Pretty tame under 4-5k rpms. Get to 8k-13k and you start to have some fun.
