The competitive scene for gen 6 and 7 is so stupid and predictable. I wish they banned legendaries and mythicals so it would feel more like a real competition. In the series, you hardly ever see normal trainers use legendaries/mythicals. Id rather it just be well rounded teams with good strategies rather than the same 6ish pokemon that're all legendaries, its not fun to watch, nor is it fun to play due to how predictable it is and the little to no choice of pokemon there are to use. You cant change my mind.

Look at smogons pu tier (the lowest tier filled with the worst mons). The top 3 most used pokemon in pu have 37%, 24%, and 18% usage. Also just because it is a legendary doesn't mean its good

Can anyone explain why you would go for a Special P. Groudon?

Eruption, like water spout, does *MASSIVE* amounts of damage the more health you have and only affects opposing Pokémon instead of your ally one which is a special attack. Currently the meta has people running around with intimidate ability Pokémon that switch in and out to cut attack moves so Groudon is trained to use Special attacks instead of physical in such situations.

P. Groudon has the same SpA as normal Kyogre. Obviously it hits harder physically but it has the statline to go full special or mixed

Given there's a decent amount of legendaries/ultra beasts, I'd imagine most pokemon won't. Old gen legendaries tend to not be in the first game of a generation. (obviously there are exceptions) and I can't see gamefreak bothering to include ubs in the post game.

Events too, like that shiny Lele was from an event. @That dank guy they aren't necessarily hacked. All you really need is the nature RNG on your side when shiny hunting because bottle caps will fix IVs. Its def not that hard to shiny hunt a legend with the right nature, just depends on how bad you want it and how fast you click the buttons.

They hacked it. Look at the Pokeballs. Love Ball Xerneas and Heavy Ball Groudon. Keep in mind Xerneas doesn't have a gender. Not to mention the sheer amount of time needed to put in to get that. Also, 0 attack? I highly doubt these kids did it legit especially with school & the amount of cheating we've been seeing the past few years.

@@tga4829 yah it is easy to get shinies through wormholes but do you know long it takes to get non regular pvp pokemon with the right Iv’s and ev’s. Ive played competitively and to get just one pvp good Pokémon took days. There is no way someone can get a full shiny perfect iv and ev team. The odds of that are like winning the lottery 10 times over

In the new games the pokemon that aren't in the galar aren't in the games code. So if say garchomp isn't catchable in galar there is no way to transfer a garchomp to the game
