2019 Pokémon Tins... from 2023??? (Dragonite vs. Salamence)

If you look closely the back label mentions each booster pack potentially contains a VSTAR marker which of course did not exist in 2019 so original tins would not state this on the back label...shady by Pokemon to re-package and change the label to include this updated information about packs but NOT also change the associated date on the label IMO

I think if the tins have UK CA on the back is the tell if they are repacked with new packs

Same thing happened to me. I bought these tins at my local CVS thinking it was XY / SM packs. I didn't open mines yet and debating what to do.... a part of me thinks there is a slight chance they are older packs...

peep the comments. some people said this was a European/Canada release thing and they used the leftover tins, stuffed some modern packs in them and sold em to Walgreens. we all got bamboozled.

Must not have been collecting for long. Pokemon reuses tins all the time. Wrapping and codes are something you have to beware of. The more you open and collect the better youll get.
