Weight and portability is much better though, which may be better depending on the situation. Like if you need to quickly exfil out of a major metro area using a waterway after a catastrophic event.

It looks amazing to ride, price is quiet high but I understand the reasons behind it, still cannot afford this just for a hobby, maybe for business would be a good option for renting or something. The amount of space it takes in your car is nothing compared to taking a jet ski or something like that. The only problem I see is if you can only ride this over flat water, then ocean use will limit sales quiet a bit

There are lots of rivers and lakes on the planet. I live in the driest area of the USA (Utah), and have no problem finding plenty of water to play on during all 4 seasons.

BE AWARE of how lucky you are, today to be young in a world that offers so many opportunities for fun and more. When I was a boy, all this money, these trips, these cool toys didn't even exist in the imagination. Also be aware THAT THIS LIFE you can do it also thanks to "the old" that you always criticize. @@bambiexplores Yeah maxed out with the options is like 11k and thats not even including accessories..Not worth it especially with how much energy is required to recharge it, also counting how expensive new batteries are in 6 years of using it each season. I'd rather get a Jetsurf. 9,900 that does 30 MPH and runs for an hour and no batteries to eventually replace. I dont think electric boarding is there yet as far as the affordability market, but they are getting there. Electric boards werent even possible 12 years ago.
