2019 Tree Process at Dull's Tree Farm

HUGE Mistake. One of the main reasons people come to Dulls is the great customer service. Customers do not want to load and tie their own tree's to their car. Will be going elsewhere for our tree this year.

Thanks for watching the video and letting us know your concerns. We don't intend for this process to lessen the customer experience - any customer who needs assistance getting the tree to their car or loaded on their car will still have that option available. We are simply changing process to better accommodate the number of customers visiting the farm. We believe that the majority of our customers would prefer the option of loading/tying their tree instead of waiting in a long line for us to do it. For those who want us to do it, we still will and they can still choose to wait for our staff to help them. We are hoping this translates into everyone who visits the farm being able to enjoy the farm more, and wait in line less. Honestly, you might be right, it could be a mistake, but we feel it is our responsibility to continue to strive for an excellent experience even as our number of customers grows, and trying new things like this is part of that process. Whether you decide to come to our farm or not, we hope you have a Merry Christmas and continue to choose a REAL tree!
