Great Oak High and Newbury Park High athletes discuss the adversity they have faced and the key traits that help them succeed. Injury stories and disappointments are shared. Perseverance, positivity and competitiveness are common traits of these high performers.
These short "In-Depth" releases supplement the Golden State Legends series. They contain interviews around subjects that didn't fit seamlessly into the Legends series but need to be seen.

aqua jogging is one of my personal favorites. not easy to do for a long time and can simulate running workouts
