Patrick! My dream Airstream has always been the 20FB because it is the smallest unit with a full bath, and I love the huge kitchen. This model use to also be the lightest design that included a combination gas stovetop with oven. I am not seeing on the spec sheet where you can get the gas oven anymore - in the Bambi or Caravel model. Since I plan to boondock, the convection microwave would not be an upgrade when it requires electricity. Could you order a new 20FB with a gas oven, or am I better off buying used, since they were available before 2019?

Heather, thank you for watching. The Bambi and Caravel lines are not available with gas ovens and it cannot be special ordered that way. You would have to find a used 2009-2019 Airstream Flying Cloud 20C/20FB model.

Yes, skip we do plan a walk through of the new facility once construction is complete. Our old address was 1121 Ocean Ave. Lakewood New Jersey if you want to map the distance form the old to the new.

A lot of people complain about the price, but I mean airstream is a classic RV company, not to mention it’s not like those plastic peace’s of garbage that most RVs are, this has a wonderful aluminum outside, perfect for keeping your roof from caving in or water damage, that’s how I lost my camper, one winter the roof leaked in water and grew black mold, we decided to give it to a family friend so he could keep it and fix it up ( it’s a hobby if his) anyways, just gotta day it’s expensive for a reason.

Can someone help me? I need to figure out which floor plan is best for my Mini schnauzer and I. I’d like it to have a nice kitchen, all do haha! ~story time~ Jeez I’m really missing mine! I had a 1961 Bambi but I was rear ended by a distracted driving semi truck. Totaled the camper and my SUV in 2018! I remodeled it. I re did the interior and exterior. Started in 2013 and ended in 2015. God I loved that thing! I really want a new one, just for me and my mini schnauzer to travel around the country. I’ll have to get more bumper stickers haha. I always got a new bumper sticker for each state the Bambi went to and stuck it on the back.

It’s cool to see someone who i can actually relate to haha! ~A few questions~ And I don’t want to sound stupid but how much does the 19CB weigh? And would I be able to tow it with my Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro? That’s what I use to tow. (It tows up to 5,000 lbs) Do you do trade-ins? Since the Airstream was totaled I wanted to get a new camper because first it’s a family tradition to take a family trip with our campers. So after I got my new SUV I got a Sunset Trail Super Light 210FK. To be honest, one of the main reasons I bought it was for its huge kitchen. But I don’t really like it. And it doesn’t have that same unique and adventurous feel of the Airstream. So could I trade it in? It’s only been taken on a trip like 5 times. It’s in great condition. I’m sorry for your loss as well. My schnauzer is only 5. My childhood schnauzer passed away about 7 years ago, she was 18! 🙁

Why doesn't Airstream install MaxAir fans instead of Fantastic fans? With MaxAir fan you can use them in the rain. To do so with the Fantastic fan you have to install a tall ugly cover.
