I think the car turned out fantastic I do have a couple questions on what you had just done. I'm just not sure of putting the clear plastic over the paint. It just seems to me that the sun would be very harsh on the material. My other concern is if you want to change it out that it can and has cause damage to the paint underneath. My friend had this done on his Porsche about 2 years later it was just looking really dirty and he took it somewhere to have it removed. The shop that did the work totally destroyed his car. In his case I believe that he just went to a horrible place of business that didn't know their business. He actually had to make a insurance claim and the whole car had to be repainted. Now this was a few years back. I know in this industry things change often. Just look at ceramic coating and how that has changed over the past few years. What I'm looking for is something that's going to let the mirror finish of my car shine through and would like to have some protection against stone chips from the road. I'm really enjoyed watching you work and I think this car turned out fantastic. I do look forward to watching your next video

Hi David, Thankyou for your kind words. In comment to your concerns with PPF I can inform you the industry has evolved massively over the last few years. Issues with sun and fading and a thing of the past and yellowing is non existent in the top films now. I would recommend Xpel Ultimate Plus if you are looking for a product that has not only a great finish but has an extensive warranty with it also. I would imagine that your friend is in the minority with bad experiences. We have only had a couple of instances where PPF removal has damaged paint and this was down to poor prep within the paint itself and not the PPF.
