If you happen to have a problem with your heater not working you can diagnose it. Here is what I had to do to get my heater to work.

I have the same problem on my 2021 3928RR, here is a couple questions. Whats does your rear AC control/thermostat have to do with what you are working on ? Not trying to be rude just trying to connect the dots, also the brown insulation actually brings the red and white cable inside, but when you open the thermostat/controller the set of cables comes in a black insulation, Now the thermostat wiring goes up towards the roof but the brown cable comes from below so where do they meet ? If someone has ran into this problem and has more input it would be useful as I am sure we are not the only 2 people it has happened to. OP did a great job of showing us a solution. Have you ran into any issues with this “jumper” cable you attached ?

I don’t remember why I showed the rear thermostat. My rewire replacing the white wires has worked perfectly for the past two seasons.

@@mannyahles1161 thanks for the reply, I worked on this yesterday, did all the wire testing and I couldn’t get power to the unit via the thermostat, finally decided to swap the rear thermostat to the hallway and it fixed the issue, it seems the hallway thermostat had a failure and was not providing a signal for the unit to turn on. I now realized I have to test the thermostat I moved to the 3rd AC and make sure it turn the AC on (not sure of they used the same wire for the thermostat signal) .

I also did route a wire like you did, but ended up not using it, but still left it there in case I need it in the future, your video was super helpful , thank you for taking the time to post it.
