I’m pretty dang impressed and thrilled about it. You can tell how hard y’all worked and I’m loving the content. It’s been fun to see this course go from super prototype to being used for a local tournament. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for uploading! Great to have. I know there's plenty of criticism already, but I'm gonna give my 2 cents: When filming, don't try to follow and zoom on the discs so much. Even if the disc gets lost here and there, it is still easier to watch with less movement. Thanks again for the footage and commentary!

Love that you guys are doing coverage and running tournaments, but come on guys you have to be better about player/fan safety during COVID. Your planning on going to play at other tournaments soon after hanging around large groups at this event with no mask. Time to set a better example guys. We all want to play, just be smarter about it and respect that you could impact others with your actions. Main thing as a fan of you guys is that I want to see you play, who doesn't. I also want to see you and everyone else as safe as possible at events so we can continue to see you play.

Hunter made an announcement at the beginning before they teed off to remind people to social distance as you feel comfortable with due to COVID, plus with how hot it was there you would understand why nobody was wearing a mask. If you were actually there you would've known this, but it's ok.

@@OhYeah201 That's great Hunter made an announcement, but it didn't matter at all as you can see on most greens people all around each other. As far as the heat goes, COVID doesn't care it was hot. If the fans can't take the heat with a mask on then they need to go home and watch it later on youtube. The players are risking a lot around their fans for no good reason. Paul and those guys risking exposure and then they are going to be around other touring pros soon. All it takes is one person that doesn't know they have it yet, one of the guys gets it and we could see several pros out with COVID over a doesn't mean anything round that was played for fun.

@@justinwhite8454 And that's why another part of the announcement was if the Pros didnt feel comfortable then they could wear a mask, refuse signatures and pictures. This was done in in Va which was in Phase 3, on of the stipulations the governor said was masks ARE NOT required if you're outside exercising or playing sports. 99% of the spectators had played/competed earlier in the day. So everything was done by the guidelines that were put out.

I agree with all the comments about the camera work, jerky, zoomed in when not needed, seems the catch cam operator didn't know where the basket was at times after the disc would settle and they'd try to then show us the basket in relation to the disc. I know this will get better with time and more experience, but a suggestion - maybe do a trial run with all your camera operators a week beforehand or few days beforehand so you can review the "trial footage" and maybe be better prepared. Thanks for the disc golf coverage though. I know a lot of work went into this and it IS much appreciated. :-)

Nice first tournament round. I hope you keep filming and improve. 2 thoughts to help improve this quickly; audio on the commentary, you are getting a lot of echo and it sounds like you are both speaking into one mic, if you can speak into individual mics. Second I would go check out old school McFly solo camera rounds, he does an amazing job of zooming and filming.

Not sure if you plan to do more tournaments like this, but if you do you might consider changing how you keep score on the bottom. Coming from someone who’s red green color blind it’s a bit difficult to tell!

whenever i hear people discuss "is disc golf too easy?" this is the solution i think of. the baskets arent too big. the pars aren't too easy. the courses are too open. force these pros to carve some lines. i'd love to see more courses like this.

Yeah, that's one of the advantages of disc golf over ball, you can have actual wooded holes. And since another advantage is that it's really easy to throw crazy shot shapes, well, it should be obvious.

You can also have open courses that are very tough, it's all about placement. Look at the GLO that just finished last weekend: huge, wide open bombs for drives, but if you went too far or didn't get your anhyzer angle right it's you'll be lucky to save par. You just have to be creative with pin and tee placement. It's fun to blast a disc as far as you can, it would be a real shame to just eliminate that aspect of the game.

Good start guys. I feel the camera work is too fast/jerky... transitions need to be smoothed out. Also, your commentary sounds like you are talking in your bathroom :-) Maybe use some sound deadening materials and/or noise cancellation? Keep it up!

If the basket is in frame, the camera man does not need to center it on release of the disc in a putting situation.
