I think the BMW X3 or at least the BMW X2 would be a better car since both are bigger cars and both are good for traveling far. I think that the 1 Series is more of a ”driving in the city” car than a ”traveling far” car.

Wil even kwijt dat ik je reviews leuk vind! Benieuwd naar je indruk van de 2 serie Grand coupe. Ik vond de 118 waar je in gereden hebt geweldig rijden(waarschijnlijk hebben we in dezelfde gereden bij Kalfsbeek). De 120 met 4 cilinder lijkt mij helemaal geweldig rijden ivm beter koppel en wellicht de 8 traps automaat. Thanks voor je leuke reviews!

Just one correction, the 118i does not have a 7 speed automatic transmission. It has a 7 Speed Dual Clutch Transmission.

@@LeaveMyGun An automatic transmission uses fluids and belts to control the speed of the car, there are no gears. The dual clutch transmission is actually a manual gearbox that is controlled by a computer. There are two sets of gears (One set for the odd numbers and one for the even numbers) each set of gears has its own clutch. When you start driving 1st gear is selected and the computer pre-selects the next gear you are expected to need. At the appropriate time the computer disengages the clutch on the first gear and engages the clutch the second gear. It then pre-selects the next gear required and so on.
