Thank you George for the videos, I really look forward to watching them. I was a saddle bronc rider, in my younger days, in the old Texas Rodeo Association 60's and 70's. Nice setup you have there! Keep up the good work!!!

I'm just an old fart has been but if you want to keep your broncs bucking you need to have your pickup men pop the flank strap before they worry about getting the rider off. I used to hand the pickup man the bronc rein and he'd dally it then I could sometimes jerk the flank strap myself. If you pull off the flank strap first then the horses learn not to run from the pickup men. Helps to have a little wider arena though. Damn good bunch of horses though.....

Great bunch from horses guys. I won a saddle bring riding school here in New Mexico and and wondered if you guys had a session for new riders ? If you guys ever have time to buck some houses I would definitely come out and get on! Thanks

Hi! My name is Annie Veater Sorenson and I live in Kanab, Utah. My dad, Clark Veater, was born in 1909 so he and your grandpa were contemporaries. Looks like your ranch is in a beautiful place. My great grandfather, James Veater, built a ranch north of Panguitch, Utah. How are we related?

Yes. James Veater is my great great great grand father. I'd love to chat with you. Email me your contact info at zerogravitygeroge@gmail.com

Odd question: I see on some of the videos that one of the pick up riders (not sure if that’s the right term) is a woman; would you ever consider having women ride the bucking horses in practice like these videos, if any wanted to?
@GeorgeVeater4 жыл бұрын
Absolutely if it was their own will and desire.
