2020 Entegra Coach Accolade 37K - Super C Diesel - Bath and a Half

Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today were taking our 2nd look at the ALL NEW Entegra Coach Accolade.. This one is model 37K which is a bunk and a half floorplan.
Now I do apologize for uploading 2 accolade videos in a row but with this being a new product I wanted to get it out first also there is no 2020 Entegra Accolade 37K videos online yet.
But let me tell you alittle about this AMAZING Super C. The Accolade 37K is a Class C Diesel Pusher made by Entegra Coach which is owned by Jayco... It is very similar to the Jayco Seneca so if you see similarities dont worry your not going crazy.
The Accolade 37K is bath and a half and it can tow a true 12,000lbs.
It is sitting on a Freight Liner S2RV Chassis and powered by a 360hp cummins engine and a 3000 allison transmission.

Thanks for mentioning how load or quiet the moter home's generator can was. I wish you would do this everytime. I'm sure you might even find likes or dislikes in this regard. I watch all the time. All of you make me happy.

This one looks REALLY impressive! Things I like: 1 - I really like the kitchen area -- there is a lot of counter space (that extension is too small and not a help though). The single sink with the cover is nice, and I love that they cover the stove area so you can use it for prep before cooking. The kitchen also has a nice design look, and I love the large refrigerator. Very nice overall! 2 - I like the living space with the large TV and fireplace. It makes it look like home. 3 - I like the bedroom space (except the ugly metal buttons that carry from the living area) and the big wardrobe storage spaces. It's nice to see a plug on the little cabinet. I would want a little office space for editing on the road. If this countertop could slide out and if there was a way to secure my computer while underway, it would be perfect. 4 - Nice master bathroom, but not a lot of countertop space. 5 - I really like the awning design and it's nice that the TV is in the center of the awning, not next to the edge like other brands. 6 - I love the big truck look and the side opening storage spaces. 7 - the overhead space with the awesome window. My Corgis would love sitting up there and looking out. If there was a way to attach something to keep them from jumping down while they are up there, that would be even better. :-) Things I don't like: 1 - the flip-up cabinet extension seems to be in the way when the slide-outs aren't open, which wouldn't be a big deal if it appeared usable, but it's not very large and it doesn't sit flush with the rest of the counter, so it's kind of small and useless. 2 - I don't like the sofa design. The recliners are nice, but the design is boring (I would go so far as to say ugly). I prefer the texture designs of some of the other brands. The little chrome pieces at the bottom remind me of something out of the 70s. 3 - The kitchen does not have an oven. For that price, I would expect a small oven. 4 - Washer / dryer? I would need one of those. Also, I agree with Matt about the carpet in the outdoor storage. Maybe there could be a compromise... carpet in the front ones, but not the back spaces. :-)

The amount of room when the slides are in. Hidden hinges Huge fridge Easy to get to DEF Layout Dislikes: Hate carpet anywhere in an RV. No outdoor Kitchen. No Ladder Not easy to climb in cab. Half bath is strange No seat in the shower and it is too small. Overall Nice RV. When is someone going to make an RV with a designated office space? I want to be able to work from the road and/or from anywhere.

We have a 2019 Emblem 36H. I actually like the carpet in the storage compartments especially up on top. It keeps things from sliding around on the plastic. Look at your video again, the rear compartments had ribbed plastic so you could store ‘dirty’ gear down there. It’s a nice compromise. If was redesigned the Emblem, I’d put carpet on the passenger side and ribbed plastic on the driver’s side. That’s where all our service storage is, power cords, sewer accessories, hoses, and cleaning supplies.

I asked for bath & 1/2 review, and you delivered! How awesome is THAT! Demonstrating the seated position, on the toilet, was exactly what I was looking for. We can deal with a tiny space for the 1/2 bath. I am getting closer to pulling the trigger on this brand/floor plan, except I need a stackable washer/dryer. I could do with a queen bed if that accomodated a stackable washer/dryer. Although not required, I would prefer two theater seats in the living area (I'm looking down the barrel of retirement in a couple of years so it'll be just my wife and I). One thing... I couldn't tell what accomodations there was for outdoor grilling with the 30 gallon propane tank and how I could rig it so I'm grilling near the TV and awning. PS. Who is the better camera person? Jen certainly captured the JJ Abrams school of shaking the camera (not necessarily a compliment). The dude's audio was cleaner. So, in essence, I like the variety. Jen's personality came across, even from behind the camera. You can't go wrong with either camera person.

Second, Will and Jen do a great job at recording, but us ladies got to stick togethers and when the batteries' compartment popped open and Jen giggled she reminded me of my stepdaughter, I love her laughter and it made me laugh. Also did you review this one just to use the air horn? That was hilarious 😂🤣 my husband might want that in our Jeep lol. So I like the Chassis, the spaciousness and fridge. Don't like the half bathroom, the carpet in outside storage and missing ladder. 👍 Smashy! Wazzup Matt, sucking up too much diesel fumes?😜 DEF two days running (hope Jen helped you to remember to turn off that sweet quiet generator). L: good space slides in, great space slides out, flooring color very complimentary; love those engines you can climb into, cab is a fine space even though you almost need a ladder to get up into (it's a truck silly, something that is really bad ass and screams get out of the my way I'm going camping!); the kitchen and appliances, including the tv and fireplace (you do say to have a wish list). D: no stove; there must be other sound deadening coatings that can be used rather than carpet in the bays (easier to clean too); a more recognizable air horn pull maybe it needed to be neon pink eh? Great review. Hmmm, Jen or Will, the world will never know. Ok, Jen you gave her more FaceTime and you did have her running around a bit more.

Matt, Love the videos on Entegra's new Accolades. I've been watching them and appreciate all of your insights. I'd like to hear you talk about the ride and drive differences between the Class A and the Super C's. ALSO ----> What about the *optional* 12 cu. ft. 4-Door Gas/Electric Refrigerator vs. the residential fridge? 12 cubic feet is probably enough, I'm wondering why it's the option not the standard AND does that mean I wouldn't need so many batteries, using inverter, etc? Thanks!!!

the carpet does help with noise reduction. all high end european cars use carpel like material in the fenderwell and under some vehcles. maybe on of the companys taht make heavy duty weather mats can make matts for the storage area.

Likes: Love that Allison transmission (drove a 40+ year old tater truck for 14 years and that was one tough transmission...), I like the kitchen and the quiet generator. Dislikes: not a fan of the window on the cab-over because it's just begging to get hit by a rock. If they'd put the shade on the outside so it'd have some protection, then I would like it. Don't like that huge fridge; it's too big IMO (for a single person like myself). And the half-bath is pretty weird, although I'd be glad to not have guests going through my bedroom to use the bathroom. I have mixed feelings about the carpet in the outside storage areas. I like that it'd be quieter and would also stop things from sliding around causing scratches and dents. But what if liquid (like fuel) spilled in there? Is it outdoor carpet? Is there any kind of drainage so you can hose it out and let it dry? And Matt...did you check the air pressure before you disengaged the parking brake and put it into drive? Has anyone explained why you shouldn't pump air brakes? Might want to learn those things before selling one of these to someone else who doesn't know. They're kinda important, safety-wise.

Matt another fun great review. My question is when the slides are in this bad boy it looks like you can’t even walk comfortably in the RV. I would rather have a model that is functional when traveling and slides are in. Thoughts ??

I am delighted that you critique the stool and room to spread out! I wish you would show more room in the cab on drivers side... make sure seat is all the way back so us taller fellas can see leg room... As far as Matt or Jen behind the camera... I vote for your wife! She makes some good points that you sometimes forget... Love your enthusiasm even though you picked your nose in prior video... must have had an itch???
