So I just added these to my 2022 ST and the left "driver" side top of the hood seats perfectly flush with the quarter panel but the right side "passanger" side has about a 1/8th inch off above the quarter panel. I tried adjusting and snipping plastic under it but to no avail it is still off by a 1/8th. not a deal breaker but the OCD in me is twitching. Great Struts BTW. TY for making them!

What lift strength did you choose for your gas struts?

Hello! We select our lift strength based on the weight of the Hood and chose an appropriate size to support the stock Ford Explorer hood as defined by the MRT engineering team.
