Holy shit you can't really tell because of the bitcrush sometimes but pk shellboy genuinely has a talent for songwriting. It's above and beyond the usual uninspired bars usually found in cloud rap and its derivatives. It reminds me of early ecco2k if ecco2k actually bothered to work on more songs during 2013. PK Shellboy isn't as repetitive nor are his songs as short as early ecco2k but I think you get the sentiment.

you know, i think this works real well in a sort of shoegaze-esque type of hip hop; the bitcrushing is pretty deliberate and not just applied on the master track, everything is still crisp and coherent with no gimmick to it
