BEST presentation and guide video on KZbin. Tim is very easy to follow, clear in his explanation, nailed all the important features I needed to know about and it helped me decide that I do want to buy the 2020 Ford Escape Titanium! I only wish I could support Tim's dealership and buy from him but I don't live in the US, unfortunately. In any case, great job Tim, keep up the awesome presentations, greatly appreciated!

We bought a new Ford Escape last fall and love it. It came with a defective part on the rear hatch that allows water to get in. Our Ford dealer has been great but unable to get the needed part from the Ford parts provider. It has been about four months now and no word from Ford parts provider. We don’t know when we will get it repaired. We don’t drive in the rain or take it to a car wash for fear of damaging the interior.

I was going to do a separate video on the Titanium Hybrid but the only difference is the hybrid engine. Packages and equipment are the same as the titanium. I'll do some looking again and will do one if I'm mistaken.

I just bought a Ford Escape Titanium and I can't figure out how to change the ambient lighting. It only gives me the option to make it brighter or dimmer. All other Fords lets you pick different colors

Good catch, Ford had it listed as Ambient Lighting. The only color is Ice Blue, sorry, it was not listed as just Ice Blue on the order guide.
