Today, we bring the FORD PUMA in the simplest version you can buy, the TITANIUM, with a 1.0 EcoBoost engine and 125hp with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
In this version, we have a more reserved style, but it is still a very good-looking car!
In this video, we are going to explore the different driving modes and some driving around the city.
Do you need the 155HP engine? The truth is that in the "real" routine, there are no big differences.
In terms of consumption, the lowest we were able to do was 4.8L on a highway at around 100km / h.

Fiz um test drive num golf 1.0 tsi depois de conduzir um focus 1.0 ecoboost e fiquei parvo como o 1.0 tsi aparentemente me pareceu muito mais potente, enquanto na teoria são bastante equivalentes.

Sorry, amigo, but this must be Titanium X. The simple Titanium does not have Power Start Button and digital cluster display.

Hey Dan! The Titanium X version has 18’ wheels. This one are 17’. Maybe here in (Portugal) you get it as standard the start and stop button. The digital cluster display is an option!

@@UnlimitedAuto Well, that is a bit strange, but it may be possible. Still, Ford Puma is produced in my country only (Romania), and as far as I know Titanium comes with no such perks here. No start button, no digital cluster display, no electric tailgate, so all these must be options on the car you presented. Just check the car’s data sheet and configuration. Anyway, nice shooting!

@@UnlimitedAuto Could you please give me your opinion? What would you choose between a Puma Titanium 155 cv and a Puma ST Line 125 cv (if the price is the same)?

Honestly, I would go for the ST-Line version with 125HP. Great performance and good fuel consumption. You don’t feel a big difference. Sure, you can go faster with 155HP but you really use them in city?

I checked the data sheet and that’s why im telling it must be related to where it’s sold. The options we have in this tested car are: Paint, Electric Tailgate, Tinted Windows, Premium Navigation, Pack Tech, Comfort Pack and Security Pack. The rest of the stuff come as standard (in Portugal)

Cuidado com sistema de 48 volts, não sei se o problema é só na Ford ou se é também nas outras marcas este motor mild hibrid do puma e bom mas tem de se andar todos os dias e muitos kms porque devido ao motor ser regenerado através da travagem mas a bateria não dura muito pelo que vi na Internet rum problema deste modelo não sei se é em todos, sei que tenho um familiar que tem um puma com este problema, teve um Fiesta da 4 geração a diesel e nunca teve estes problemas de bateria, problema do motor ou da bateria no caso do puma. Não sei se isto do motor mild hibrid e das baterias acontece na versão do Fiesta e do focus, é uma pena esta a perder para os modelos normais a gasolina é a gasóleo e 0ara as outras marcas, não sei é se as outras marcas com os motores híbridos têm estes problemas da bateria ou do motor que não é hibrido é mild hibrid.
