Lift Kit from Zone Offroad. Engineered for easy bolt on fitment and improved travel, these 3? Adventure Series Lift Kits bridge that gap between an entry level leveling kit and full IFS lift system offering next level performance without the cost and extensive installation. The heart of this new system is a pair of heavy duty replacement upper control arms (UCAs) designed to improve range of motion for more suspension travel when wheeling in rough terrain. These new control arms dwarf the factory units and are built from high strnegth steel, boxed and fully welded with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups repositioned to operate in the neutral position at 3? of lift. They use OE durometer rubber bushings and greaseable OE-style heavy duty ball joints for quiet, reliable operation and superior corrosion resistance to uniball style control arms. Along with the arms, a pair of reindexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied up front to lift vehicle. Zone Offroad includes a small differential relocation kit (4WD models only) to correct CV axle operating angles without effecting ground clearance. The sway bar operating angle is corrected with the use of a pair of relocation brackets allowing for full droop of the suspension and proper clearance. In the rear a 2? block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance. Rounding out the kit are a set of Nitro gas or FOX adventure series IFP gas shocks at all 4 corners for a smooth ride and impressive performance across any terrain. I have 2024 Chevy 3500HD SRW. I had a reputable shop install this 3" kit on my brand new truck. I bought the upgraded kit with the fox shocks and I must tell you all that I have had nothing but problems. When I called tech support multiple times, the last thing their CS Rep told me was that my driveline vibration problems with their square(non-tapered) rear 2" block was not the block or the kit, but it is axle wrap and that I needed to add their traction bars to cure the problem. What a bunch of BS! Who adds traction bars to a truck with a 2" block?... Nobody! Due to Zone's inability to address the inferior product that was sold to me, I am now stuck with ordering a 2" tapered block to try an correct the driveline angles that obviously were not kept in check with their small differential spacers and their rear block setup. Now lets talk about the front end angles, the CV axles and Idler/Pitman arm angles are all terrible. If the customer support for Zone would have been more helpful with resolving my issues, I would have been less likely to write this poor review for this kit. Don't waste your money on this kit like I did, as Zone Customer Service will just tell you that they cant help until you buy more of their parts to try and correct this POS Kit.... In addition to all the other issues mentioned above, this kit will result in your truck having a TERRIBLE BUMP STEER issue as well.

Thanks for info. I can back up the bump steer problem. Everyone please be aware, that when you do a leveling kit on a Chevrolet or GMC you will have significantly increased bump steer.

What are your thoughts on wheel spacers? I just installed this kit with reservoir Fox 2.0s on my AT4 2500hd. I had to slide in 1/4" spacers in the front, but the UCA is still making contact with the tire when I hit bumps. TIA!

no. a leveling kit is only torsion keys and some kits upper control arms. dropping the differential and sway bar is the lowest level of a lift kit

Do you know if you can adjust the front higher as it doesn’t sit level the back is defiantly higher

Being a torsion bar setup the torsion bars can be "cranked" to adjust ride height to some degree. That said we specify in the instruction how they should be set and we do not recommend adjusting it to sit taller than 3" with the factory suspension geometry as it will begin to affect ride quality, handling, alignment, and may lead to premature wear of factory suspension/steering components. You don't have to install the rear 2" blocks. Or you can buy separate 1" blocks for the rear.

I like zone I had the 5” in my truck but the 3” kit is absolute junk, avoid it or any level or 3” kit on these trucks
