2020 Honda Pioneer 700-4 Oil Change

I THINK YOU SCREWED UP FROM THE START. FIRST THE OIL FILLER CAP SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF WHEN DRAINING THE OIL. SECOND WHEN YOU TOOK THE OIL FILTER OFF YOU LET THE SPRING POP OFF. YOU PUT THE NEW FILTER ON WITHOUT THE SPRING, BIG NO-NO. AND WHY NOT PUT THE NEW ORING ON, ONLY TALKING A FEW DOLLARS. AND WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH NEW ORING. THAT SPRING FOR SURE NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK ON.

Dang Richard….your attention to detail is amazing! I appreciate your comment. I don’t even think I realized the spring flying off there. To date, there’s no issues that I’m aware of. When it comes time for the next oil change what are some issues I could possibly run into?
