Great ride from Fuglsang, deserved this one! But so many bad crashes today... Remco obviously, Roglic hit by a team car, Schachmann taken out by a car on the race course, Buchmann and Kruijswijk crash out of Dauphine... Wish all the riders a speedy recovery!

Fuglsang must be one of the Top Favorites to take the Giro 2020

Not really. One-day races, hell, even one-week races don't translate into the Grand Tours. There is an entirely another skillset required with an emphasis on efficiency and recovery rather than power and explosiveness. Fuglsang has only once finished in the top 10 of a GT in his career out of 14 attempts. And even then he was 7th with 12 minutes down in the 2013 Tour de France.
