I agreeeee! The cardstock on the Modern Witch Tarot kiiiiiills me. I feel like Im shuffling bricks when I try to riffle. It ruins it for me. I may just mount and frame them for my wall instead. Im dying to work with it, but every time I touch it I shudder at the thought of having to shuffle it. Ha! Im also obsessed with the Fountain Tarot. Except I mod'd the eff outta mine. I cut the borders and titles off, then edged it all in a matte peach (the peach from the cardbacks). I'm actually dead. She's PERFECT now. Great vid - thanks for sharing!

The Tarot Mucha is one of my most recent deck purchases! Love the Art Nouveau style a lot (bit different from Art Deco btw, which followed Art Nouveau!), it's so dreamy and fantasy looking. I'm really enjoying pulling random cards from it and just making notes about the imagery. My takeaways from this video: Holy cannoli that Revival Art deck is stunnnning. Annnd I need to put my name on the list to get notified when Mesquite Tarot is back in production! Also I feel ya on the "I just can't be bothered" front. Was great to see all of these decks!!!

I just have to share this idea with you!! You mentioned wanting to trim the borders of the Halloween Tarot. Well I've seen someone in a deck mod group on fb who instead of trimming the deck, took a black sharpie on the edges and borders and its looked so good! Lovely collection! So happy KZbin recommended me this video ☺️ Loved your choices, I do admit I am mostly drawn to the darker and earthy decks. The Hush tarot is so underrated, and so is the GoT one. I was surprised by your placement of the Sasuraibito, I would be interested to know more about why you put in the dark pile, because for me it's definitely warm and cuddly. One thing I really appreciate when it comes to tarot decks is the versatility of how they make us feel. ☺️ Loved seeing the Mary El and the Margarete Petersen decks in the same pile, I use them both only on myself, and sometimes together, I feel like they "get me". Thanks for nudging me into getting the Many Queens, I've been eyeing it for ages 😁

Loving this video!! I just made it to the end of the mid-tone decks sections, and had to stop to post this. I was so excited that you showed my three favorite decks: Revival Art (absolute favorite of all time - I have 4 copies. 🙈), Golden Tarot, and Pagan Otherworlds. So you mentioned the study you did of the Courts in Revival Art. Is there any chance you could do a video on that? Those are the only cards in the deck I struggle with, because they all seem so similar to me.

Thanks for the pronunciation 😆 I would say Tarot Mucha because of the coloration. I love Ethereal but the pastels are just so incredibly faint

@@DaniMystic totally agree. I keep collecting more and more RWS based decks and I’m just like- why am I doing this? When the cards are just slightly different variations, it’s not like the reading would change. Now I have so many that I can’t decide which ones to choose for a reading! But I just want all of the beautiful ones. That said, I’m getting the Mucha one. Oh and the Tarot of Dürer, I love it even though it’s a bit bloodier than I like. So glad you had a walkthrough of it. Love your enthusiasm on your videos!

I enjoy it, but I’m a crafter and artist, I use a lot of cards and the like in art, so it wasn’t a huge stretch for me. I can totally understand why people don’t though. Just a preference 🤷‍♀️
