Im also a sport bike rider with 25yrs exp. 10 on sport bikes and converted to muscle cruisers a few yrs ago. Just picked up a Victory Bagger and Love it. I ride all my bikes like sport bikes bc , these new cruisers and baggers are engineered to be able to take the abuse. its just that much more fun railing turns and banging thru traffic on cruisers IMO.

Best demo ride I've seen. All the other ones just mosey around. Its a performance bagger, therefore it is your duty to see what it can do. I currently ride a 2010 victory cross country, before that a 2003 R1. I tend to ride my Vic like a sport bike. My floorboards would agree too. I pass crusiers/baggers on the twisties, followed by my friends yelling at me "its not your r1!" It was quite a change going from 400lb sport bike to a 800lb bagger. However, the heavy bike handles extremely well. I really miss the R1. Ride safe.

Funny, people don’t realize that in research testing these bikes go through FAR more aggressive riding to be sure all materials can stand up to this sort of heavy handed use and stay safe. If I was the folks at Indian, I would GIVE this guy a Challenger of his choice for showing the capabilities of this bike and giving such a ringing endorsement coming from a sport bike enthusiast. At some point folks want to take that real long ride and want to do it in comfort. Feeling like you wouldn’t be giving up as much performance as one thinks by going to a bagger like this Challenger beams through by this guy showing what it’s truly got when you wrap that throttle. This is priceless marketing in an unvarnished fashion the Indian company simply cannot do as appropriate marketing. Kudos my man for helping out and validating the Indian design teams efforts!! 👍🏻😎👍🏻
