Ivey Business School’s Value Investing Program of 2020 welcomed Barbara Ann Bernard as a Guest Speaker. Ms. Bernard is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Wincrest Capital in Nassau, NP, The Bahamas.
Our Guest Speakers are an integral part of our Value Investing education. This education sets out to promote the Ben Graham Centre for Value Investing, value investing and the work we all do at Ivey Business School and particularly, in the Value Investing program.

very inspiring speech. Only one minor problem, English is actually one of the mandatory courses in Chinese high schools and it is also taught in state-owned high schools. The reason why English is extremely popular is mainly for 2 reasons. One, of course, is for Gao Kao and English is mandatory. The other is the preparation for studying abroad. In fact, New Oriental was founded for tapping into the Study-abroad-English market before diversifying into GaoKao and other markets.
