2020 Kalgoorlie Desert Race

Follow Cagetec Racing's Jason Galea and Kiera Piercy at the 2020 Kalgoorlie Desert Race. This event was due to be Round 6 of the 2020 Western Australian Off Road Racing Championship and also the final round of the 2020 AORC, however due to events cancelled due to COVID is being run as Round 3 of the WAORC and unfortunately not as an AORC event. This is Cagetec Racing's 3rd race in the Canam Maverick X3 which is supported by Penrite Oil and Maglock Air Australia. They are competing in the SXS Turbo class against many other Canam and Polaris SXS's as well as a high quality field of pro buggies, prolites, trophy trucks and 4wd's in the outright race

What sorta coin involved for set up to race these cars man?

Rough cost - around 42k for a new car, race build around 20k, safety gear helmets etc for driver and navi 5k. That would be for all new stuff. If you went second hand it could be under 50k for an already built car and all your safety gear
