Wish they had a bigger engine.. 400 seems small for a side x side

Go in low gear if you need to climb. This isn’t for speed think of it like a jeep wrangler or crawler. They do well. You could say a jeep is under power as well but they climb great..

Air down the tires to stay on top of the snow then the ice won't be a factor.

OK. So why did it get stuck? Did the snow exceed the ground clearance or was the ice the issue? I'm a couple of months away from getting a 2020 SX XC myself here in southern Missouri.

So the snow was at ground clearance…but that has not stopped it before. It was also on a hill which hasn’t stopped it before. But this snow fall we had snow/ice mix, then snow on top of it so the base layer was basically ice; mixed with the hill and the clearance. Mainly that ice layer as a base was the biggest problem. If I had tire studs or tire chains it would have made it fine. Thanks for watching.

Typical 3 tires doing the work instead of 4, look at the front tire tracks when he backs up. right side spinning left side sits & does nothing. Get a Polaris Ranger & go through that like it wasn't even there. It's always the front tire with the least amount of traction with power which makes it even worse.

Surprised. I know my ATV would have ate that up.

If you have the same tires the outcome would be the same.

I love how quiet the kawasaki is!

Not so quiet when pulling hard, especially with roof and screen.

I’m late to this video, but I enjoyed the scenery (it reminded me of an area around Lee Summit). The sound effects of your wife were priceless lol. I’m considering a similar machine. Thanks for posting.

How is the steering effort on one of these? Do you ever wish it had power steering? Our ranger crew is brutal to turn. Thanks!
@bruiser64796 ай бұрын
I own one of these. I think the steering effort isn’t very high. I don’t notice that it doesn’t have power steering. I have owned mine for 18 months and use it as my hunting vehicle (shooting from vehicles at night on land you have permission to shoot from is legal here in Australia). I have no hesitation in recommending this model of Mule to a person whose highest priority is a practical, reliable, cheap to own utility vehicle. It has a low power output, but more than enough for what I want. The low power output means you are not putting a lot of stress on the driveline. The mechanic who services mine at the localKawasaki dealership says they just don’t see broken drive belts and almost no warranty issues. This dealership sells a lot of this model to local dairy farms and vineyards. They are popular in these local industries because of their reliability, simplicity, longevity and low running costs. I love mine as it does everything that I ask of it.

It takes very little effort to steer these. This model does not have power steering. It is very basic, which is what I wanted (I wanted LESS stuff to go out/have to fix in the future). It has been great so far. Change oil and fluids each year. Had to replace battery last fall. and that is it. Works great. thanks.
