eMmrld oh it’s longer than a long shot NA hasn’t even made runner up even in the first 3 seasons which is yikes. Also, the PCS currently holds more world championship titles than us. Let that sink in for a second, a wildcard region has more titles than a region that gets 3 slots at worlds a year and is supposedly a “major region” I mean I’m from NA I’m just tired of our teams not being able to do anything.

I'm not taking away anything from Corejj but I believe Bjergsen should've won MVP. If you take Corejj out of TL they still look like a good team, at least on paper. But if you take Bjergsen out of TSM then we would have a serious problem.

I'd argue that TSM's run through playoffs is the most impressive turn around for a team and an org in LCS history. after getting swept round 1 by GG they went on to go 15-7 beating C9 and TL and FLY. The storyline for Tsm is the best in the world atm, lets hope they can continue this at worlds!

They were the weakest lcs champs. Slow and boring consistent but not what na needed. This year spring split champs and summer split are innovative

I mean even doublelift even admitted that winning 4 titles with TL their playstyle were pretty much not something to be proud of and that could not let you win a worlds title. He stated that they were just playing bot side and hoping that things would go well with them in macro, in which if you're in worlds each team that exist there have good macro so you need to find "opportunities" which TL doesn't possess. they were playing slow and just hoping to caught mistakes by the other team. if you're asking me where I got these... it was on doublelifts interview after winning this summer split.

Actually looking back, TL 2018-2019 felt a bit like 2017 TSM. Play safe early, insane team fighting. But it can only take you so far. Glad TSM now took a different approach.

Compared to the lec memory wrap up I felt this lcs wrap up de hyped so many of the storylines built throughout the split, made it almost look like tsm just demolished everyone, without even highlighting their struggle and improvement to win the title. Also there was so little on c9 was kinda weird. The best highlight mash was the contracts olaf footage. Should have been more of that kinda thing for the rest of the big players / teams. And actually fit in the narratives of the season.

Honestly a real shame that our best looking team ever with spring split and first half of summer split C9 couldn't play international because MSI was cancelled and they collapsed before worlds. So many what ifs man. I don't think they could have won the entire thing, but I think they would have definitely surprised some people and upset some games. Really happy to see Bjerg and DL get their final wins before retiring together, though. Especially Bjerg.

A lot of esports do double elimination. Plus we always have at least 2 bottom tier teams in NA that are quite literally worthless so diluting the talent pool with more teams wouldn't really help
