I literally did this last week! Downloaded all my statements over a year and put together a cash flow and forecast. Planned what I want and mapped out my finances to support that and also went through every single DD and standing order and deleted everything useless! Felt great 👌🏼👌🏼

I've decided to be vegan and I use organic skincare. Neem is amazing!! I use it. The skin is the largest organ, but just to let you know, I'm studying about skincare and one myth that was pointed out is not everything is absorbed into our bloodstream. It may be everything, part of it or it may be nothing at all. It depends on the overall well being of your skin and other factors. We can't put a number on it. Interesting how you mention black seed oil, what do you use it for your skin? facial? It is from one of the prophetic medicine from the prophet Muhammad. I take it (the actual seed and the oil/) if i have signs of flu coming on and it takes it right away and it is known to also help menstruation and breastfeeding mums amongst other tons of benefits.

They are nothing wrong about that but Light skin, (if I did not know her backgroung I would have though she is white), straight hair, brown/greenish eyes ... . White.
