Just got back from a road trip from Texas to Commiefornia. Stock cylinders/pistons on my 2020 fxlrs, but rocking the 475 cam. Ran like a champ, the new Softail frame is too comfy. No need for a touring bike imo.

On a 2020 or newer, no. On a 2017, 2018, 2019, yes. Get the 2020 model year oilpump that has the seal and upgraded gerotors. Then you're golden.

If you can afford it I would always upgrade the oil pump. But if not a 2020 and up is decent

Yes it is a very good shock. They are about a half inch taller than stock it’s not much taller but it helps a bit.
