Agreed. It surprised me to see a 4speed on a 2020 car. I mean, a 90's econobox sedan got more gears on that! . It definitely needs that additional gear or two esp. considering its size..

They need to make it cheap as possible, 4s auto + petrol engine makes lot of saving means more buyer on the market...

@@jayveerobes8904 Don't be fooled by the higher gears, those are only really useful if you run at insane high speeds which you don't really get to do very often on our roads unless you want to die early. You don't even need those much gears when off-roading or pretty much going anywhere that's not pavement or going through flooded areas. So yeah, realistically speaking 4-speed is actually good enough especially since this thing is meant and expected to be driven in the city. The 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, etc. gears are useless on city roads....unless, again, you want to die early. And for something that's expected to carry a typical Filipino family, higher gears are also useless since higher gears can't give enough power when so much weight is added on it. Even on cars with more than 4 gears, 4th is actually the most (and practically the safest) gear they can get.

Petrole variant won' t get any response in India. But if Diesel variant is launched between Rs 1 to.5 million ON ROAD price, then ,it will surely rule the Urban market of MUVs. Right and sensible or what we can say market penetrating pricing will help Mitsubishi to grip in Indian market of passenger cars.

The expander is a new model, issues here and there are still pretty common, and fixing those surely will take time. Rush sounds new to toyota but a rebadge from daihatsu so technically exist long ago issues and problems likely sorted already. BR-V? just the same as rush. So in a nutshell, if you want reliability go buy new gen but old models

Presyong innova 2.8 na yan sayang. Pinaganda sa labas sana pinalakas nalang engine or gumawa ng diesel variant. Xpander din first choice ko noon pero dahil sa fuel pump issue iba nalang kinuha ko.

Sir, is it an all wheel drive (AWD). If I decide to buy, in our town, I go up and down the slope and the road is not all paved. A portion about a kilometer or 2 of cemented road and then it cut out to a gravel road for the next 50 meters and then cement again.
