Honda City when in new condition already giving lots of prbm. Bad nvh, low quality plastic use for dashboard/door trim, super thin paint, lousy door rubber seal...so many to name. Toyota Vios on the other hand is stable, but boring car with older engine, of course reliable

How about aftersale service? Have anyone experienced any issues during routine maintenance schedule or while having a breakdown? Oh ya, does anyone experienced any breakdown? Lets be honest here, sometimes we do miss out here and there, intentionally or not, so most probably there is someone out there experienced it. Is there any catch for the five time free labour service and parts?
