Do yourself a favor. Look up velocity banking, and infinite banking. Infinite banking will teach you how to open your own bank abd give yourself a loan. No gimmick just learn how to use these tools

What I love about the Slingshot is the price. I don’t think it has cheap looking interior. If they use high end looking interior materials it will bump up the price. Also if you are concerned about the noise there are noise canceling high tech helmets out there.🙏

Good overview but the rear wheel is a 20x11 not a 19”. Lol, I agree it is a lot of toy but it is a lot of fun. Once you drive one you are sold.

As an avid motorcyclist and convertible owner, I thought I would love the slingshot. Until I drove one. Came across really disappointed, it was super noisy and loud (forget about conversations with passengers), rode poorly, didn't feel very fast, and just generally was not an enjoyable experience. Buying a used convertible car like a Miata, solstice, even corvette, will likely be much more enjoyable for someone looking for the open air. The one thing it did have was excellent handling, but thats all its got on anything else, especially for the price.

I rented a new automatic SL. It was a lot of fun. The downside: very HOT in the summer weather and the automatic sounded like it was going to come apart. Overall the vehicle felt/sounded cheap. Cool design, however.

What's the difference between "cheap plastic" and "expensive plastic"? It seems to me that plastic is the only material that would make sense given the cockpit's exposure to the elements, and for weight savings. The comment at 3:44 seems gratuitous. I mean, what other material would the reviewer suggest to replace the "cheap plastic". FYI, I do not own one of these. Other than that one comment, a pretty decent review.

You could compare it to the VW XL1, so the slingshot is essentially the same without fuel efficiency in mind, it has an open cabin and Costs around 1/7 the price

First of all 33000 is the asking price, we easily negotiated down to 25000 and then you get another discount for paying in cash. For us it was worth it, on the other hand I wouldn't pay for internet or cable or owe on a credit card.....to each their own.
