Great. I hope you help me I am new on programing key and i have questions i have km100 but how i know if person came to me and tell me i have key and I want to add new key when i will add key for the car the system tell me must erase all key and i will touch on OK then when programmed key tell me want PIN code and supposed the km100 can not read PIN and all key earesed know i am in problem not have any key start the car and i can not read PIN can you explain when i want add key before tell me earse all key how i know the system of car want PIN or not and thanks 🙏

I have the KM100 and I was not able to get the pin. I waited about 30 minutes but it finally told me the vehicle is not compatible. I have a 2020 Kia Forte. 😞
