The mini grenades are loud! And they have the deepest sound for 48 in my opinion

It's a deeper sound and it is loud. People will definitely hear you riding but that's a good thing

Which are Louder ? Mini grenade or short shots?

Short shots are probably louder but not as deep sounding as the mini grenades. The grenades are still really loud too.
