2020 Subaru Forester Hybrid e-Boxer review

How do you think the older Sh model compares to the new model offroad? From memory I think the SH has better offroad angles and the 20% low range and higher profile tyres vs x mode?

@@L2SFBC yeah if I lived closer id bring my SF along I know it's lifted but it would be nice to show the difference from the SF 45% low range to the 20% low range and then CVT no LSD and no traction aids would hurt me though :P

Hi Robert - have you driven the 2.5? I have a 2019 Premium. Couldn’t believe they didn’t mate the hybrid to the 2.5.

I guess this hybrid can behave silimar to the petrol 2.5 at low speeds because of the extra instant torque but I'm afraid it is missing power at high speeds where the electric engine does not push at all and it's behaving like a standard 2.0 with some extra weight . Who knows if we will see an upgraded 2.5 e-boxer with at least 25hp of the electric motor. That would be a great deal.
