I have no idea but I couldn't agree more, they need to fix ALL the sounds to every car they just sound terrible and a few cars actually sound the exact same

Yea try seeing if your phone needs a system update and your miui, but if those still don't work then you might have to get a better new phone because I had that same problem but with Brawlhalla and Apex Legends mobile I couldn't get those on this phone but I was able to get them on my other phone
