My OEM dipstick was slightly melted and cork screwed! I've not had any problems though and replaced it with a much nicer aluminum off Amazon.

Dude U GOTTA USE MOTORCYCLE SPECIFIC engine oil ONLY for a wet clutch!!! Drain that junk auto oil out. U want a 10w40 any good brand semi synthetic engine oil. All auto parts stores have it. Otherwise u did a great job. Great attention to detail. Enjoy. Get that oil right don't ruin ur engine bud. -Ohio

@@markc6207 I do not have this quad anymore. Truthfully, I would save my money until I could buy a big name brand. Honda/yamaha/kawasaki etc

Shouldn’t need to change the change for a couple years if adjusted right and maintained. I always lube my chain up before and after each ride.

Gotta use oil specifically for wet clutches you can not use regular auto oil it has friction modifiers and will ruin a atv engine

I have the same exact model how do you check and see if the transmission fluid is bad because when I’m in 4th gear it kinda hesitant

That hesitation is prolly coming from the cheap carburetor

Do you have any idea why my brake lights aren’t working on mine anymore? The rear lights turn on when I turn them on but when I press both brakes the brake lights don’t go on.

Get ya some chain lube, too- I use wd40 after I was the bike.. then I use lube as well

No ! It attracts dirt an dust. Get motorcycle chain lube from auto parts store or ur local cycle shop. Patronize local business! Stop ordering online or u won't have a job 🙄.

I really don’t think you’ll get much more power out of these.. only thing I can see changing is the carb and possibly a slip on exhaust but that’s ganna have to be modified to work for the Pentora I imagine. If your looking at going fast I would recommend a better quad

Change main jet to 110 or 115 and it'll take of alot better, stock is 102, fuel mixture screw is covered you'll have to drill out then 3.5 turns out, put a little washer under the needle clip makes it richer and muffler and it will rip

I just made a huge comment bout that. Otherwise he did a great job just entirely the WRONG ENGINE OIL. I couldn't believe my eyes. 10w40 is preferable. Any good brand semi synthetic don't use full synthetic its not a race quad. Now drain that stuff:)

@@tattedadvadirtslingers5437 trust us 10w30 or 10w40 motorcycle oil. It has a wet clutch like the banshee. Cant go wrong. Better oil chemistry for hotter running air cooled engine in ur machine. Get an hour meter too ..like $15 ..stick on frame so u know when do maintenance. Otherwise ur an outstanding young mechanic! I have a '11 YFZ450X, '21 Raptor 700R-SE & Apollo 250. I wouldn't tell ya wrong. I use my real name here too. - Ohio
