Bro, mostly it's not about modification, the real craze and enthusiasm came when the vehicle is mechanically tuned or something done. In Kerala, most people are doing modification, they are give more importance to modification than performance tuning or something like that. Actually, people who love modification than performance does the maximum work in their vehicle as the can. But in Kerala, modification are strictly banned. MVD doesn't allow over modification. People are modifying the vehicle and giving the vehicle a valvetronic or some type of over noise exhaust just for some pops and bangs fun, the are slowly destroying their vehicle. But, some enthusiastic drivers are giving more importance to performance. They maintain their vehicle in stock look, but under the hood it's a superb Project. That's type of vehicles are actually more important than modified ones. MVD doesn't catch them in their outlook. That's type of vehicles are called Sleepers🤍. Look il alla work il ahnu karyam!😅
