2020 Wave 1: Sales forecasting in Dynamics 365 Part 2: Using Forecasts

Hi, I have performed the given steps but when I open the Sales >> Performance >> Forecast. I have not able to view any and system shows me the below given message. "Your team hasn’t started any forecasts yet". Your help would be appreciated.

I followed the instructions on how to setup Forecasting. However, when Im done, all I can see is "My Active Forecast" view under forecast and it doesn't have value.
