Any conductor can arrange this piece but here is a perfect example of a conductor who arranges with heart and soul, you can feel the music. Awesome!

Respekt und viel gefühlvoller und einfach viel tiefgründiger als unter der Leitung von Herbert von Karajan!! Ich habe nichts gegen Herbert von Karajan aber er hat Dichter und Bauer einfach viel zu schnell und einfach gefühllos arrangiert🙏 hier ist wirklich die allerbeste Version die ich jemals gehört habe so viel Gefühl und ich glaube mal der Komponist würde sich über diese Version sehr freuen🙏❤️

It is important for me to see the faces of the musicians as they ply their trade. I loved ALL of their faces, but I especially enjoyed the harp player about 3 minutes in. So much concentration and will-power in her face! I am bedridden following an operation, and this is how I am passing the time.

Ich hatte immer gedacht, daß Franz v. Zuppé ein Schlawiner gewesen wäre, der mit seinen Kompositionen versuche, die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten, die er verdient hat. Doch mit diesem Musikstück habe ich meine Meinung geändert.
