Yes I would like a video on making artists secrets. I'm 55 and do not have wrinkles just under eye hollows. I buy most high end concealers. Thank you for showing me how to use them correctly. I find the closest doesn't give me enough coverage. I do like the Dior I the Rose Inc, and Pat McGrath and Patrick Star right now.

Kosas is my holy grail. Finally found a concealer I loved for these 53 year old mature eyes.. I use a peach toned one for a bit of neutralizing blended in with a lighter color for brightening. I love that you don't have to set it. Even if it creases, you just need to tap it out. No biggie.

Touché eclat is my most favourite for under eye area since 90s. Tom Ford is best for 40+. I’ve got lots of beauty marks, age spots, freckles but fortunately no dark circles as I’ve been using Chanel Sublimage eye cream for over 10 years. Lots of sleepless nights due to staying up late nowadays so I’ve got drying out skin. I’m using Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford, Chanel, Dior and Cla de Peau Beaute on its marks. I have to say that Tom Ford emotionproof is great for summer and CPB is for everyday and the others are just as good. Thanks again for sharing your tips and tricks with us of how to prepare and apply the concealer. 😘

The one thing I struggle with is SPF. I try to use serums, creams, and then SPF. I wait for the SPF to be absorbed. But by the time I reach for the concealer, it kinda dries out my skin :( I was blaming the SPF, but now I'm thinking it might just need a different application when SPF is my base, like the Nars concealer! Nars should pay some serious $$$ because you totally explain how to use their products like no one else does!

I’ve been using for the last few weeks my new favourite Concealer from Rose Inc. It is hydrating, has a thick consistency because you can use it as a foundation as well. A little goes a long way, and has a brightening effect on the skin especially under the eyes! I’m using YSL brightening pen as well for the eyes and the T-zone and I’m loving it! I also have difficulty using the Nars matte concealer because somehow emphasise my under eye lines and texture. I will try your technique to see how it goes. I use the Nars concealer as my setting powder for under my eyes over a very luminous creamy concealer. I just tap a very small amount over the other concealer. It mattifies it without over drying.

Loving the Lancome concealer in the same shade. Picked up the Kosas yesterday and wore today. Very pretty. I’ve been wearing Pat McGrath but it seems too heavy for these 58-year old eyes. The other two don’t line me like the PM does. I’ll use it for darkness in the mouth corner. Great video and tips!

Ah, concealer...it took me literally years to find one that was the right color and so far, nothing else works but Tarte Shape Tape in Light. And if I put something emollient under concealer, my mascara settles like a ring under my eyes in a few hours...kind of negates the whole effort! I have tried powder to set it, but that pulls out and emphasizes all my lines. The bane of my existence!

Hi Cheri, I've only charlotte tilbury 's correcto ( vanish finish ) but I don't even use. My favorites concealers are : dior forever skin correct, double wear instant fix concealer by Estee lauder with hydra prep, millennial skin of dolce et gabbana, the lancome et yves saint Laurent touche éclat high cover ) . I find for me the more hydrating concealers actually crease on me, the Nars radiant creamy is apparently too creamy for me and the soft matte is too drying but I’ll try your technique since I have it and can’t return it. My favorites are still the Dior skin and correct, I think it looks super natural for no makeup makeup days, the Laura Mercier flawless fusion concealer and a new find is the Anastasia Beverly Hills magic touch concealer. You need the tiniest amount and it has amazing coverage! It may be drying for some but it works for me, I love concealer! still need to try that Lancôme concealer but I’ve tried the new Tom Ford and I might be the only who doesn’t like it, it is so thick and it’s full of glitters! Is it just me? I hope not 😆 Also thank you for these videos Cheri, they’re not just favorites but they’re filled with a ton of useful information and how to make the most out of our products ❤️

Tom Ford can be a bit thick, great for coverage or for being filmed or photographed but very day use can be a bit much. Use just a dab over a great moisturizer and it sheer it out :)

I have found the Fenty Beauty Bright Eye Fix is the one concealer that doesn't crease on me. I have such dark inner eyes and starting to show a little texture under eyes. Yikes!! No crow's feet yet tho!! I really want to try the Tom Ford but that price really gets me!! I can get another quad for less than that sucker!! Just picked up Body Heat in glorious tax free Oregon this past weekend at a CC store for 50% off 😉💕🎁

Any type of gel texture eye cream is great. I stick the Dior Hydra Life Sorbet Eye Gel in the fridge and pop that on in the morning-add a little concealer on top and I am good to go! Clients that I have recommended this to love it as well :)

So with the Tom Ford and YSL concealer, you get the same effect as you do as when layering a concealer over a highlighter? Would you ever layer the WA lit up under the TF? I have very dry skin and don't like the way any concealer sits under my eyes.
