What I've heard from someone who is remapping bikes in Poland, ready maps are not good, it's better to create map for exact bike. I don't know if anyone is doing this in UK. Is there no problem with MOT?

I've sold the bike now, but shouldnt be an issue with MOT - they dont test the volume, just mark it as 'noisy exhaust' is all

I have been looking into this exact bike, and based on the numerous reviews and research I did, the flat torque spot that you are talking about is not because of the new exhaust, it is something that seems to plague all 650 Hondas using that powerplant, not sure if it can be fixed with a map, still trying to get that answer. Anyways, nice videos bud.

Thank you! The flat spot should be ok to tune out. I took it to a local tuner and they had issues getting a map to it when I did because of how new it is. But planning on taking back next year as should be cracked by then

@StrangeMunkey dynojet UK are doing my bike on the 31st and installing a power vision 3 I too have a euro5. Ps the power vision is a direct ECU flash and NOT the same as a PCV :)

Hi, I never tuned it in the end - so about 9,000 miles without issue

No I’ve not had the chance to get it done. The company I originally tried with still haven’t got a cracked tune so still waiting unfortunately

There’s no changes to the actual motor for euro 5 right? It’s just the exhaust that’s been changed right?

Hello, did you remove the bar weights inside the handlebar when installing the bar end mirrors? If you have, have you noticed an increase in the vibration of the handlebars when riding?

Yes I removed them & didn’t notice any major increase in vibes - they were easy enough to pull out

I just looked on the Woolwich racing site but it only states cbr650r, I've not contacted them yet to see if it is CB compatible, I'm not keen on getting an exhaust untill there is a map for it as I have seen a few people say it makes the flat spot worse.

Yeah - I use the quadlock & it’s really easy and rock solid (stayed on my triumph when I dropped it a couple times trying to ride off road lol)

Found the same on the CB - was far too quiet but I think thats all with new bikes now... Highly reccomend an exhause on that one tho - makes such a difference!
